We want you to love your WillowLight. If you don't, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee lets you return it for a full refund.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
- You can request a return within 30 days of placing your order, for any reason.
- If you are in the European Union, you always have at least 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, even if that is later than 30 days after ordering.
- Return shipping is free. We cover the cost of sending your item back.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email us at nuriyevfarid1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return (optional).
2. We will reply with the return address and return shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns are not processed at our office address.
3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, with the remote and all accessories included.

REFUNDS
Once your return arrives at our returns warehouse and is inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including any standard shipping you paid. We will notify you by email when your refund is issued. Refunds are made within 14 days of the date you told us you wanted to return the item, though we may wait until we have received the item back. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your WillowLight arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once it has shipped, please follow the return process above.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including the EU right of withdrawal and legal guarantee of conformity.
